So I’m taking care of the restaurant and the staff, make sure restaurant and bar is stock up. Go here and there to buy food or fax the order to supplier. So early morning sometimes I wake up the first thing I think about is going to the market to buy cod fish. So go to taman tun market. Oh, I’ve been walking at the park with Winnie aka Shereen. She trying to loose weight and also need somebody to talk to, to release stress or whatever. Anyway after going to the park, went to the market, so good thing got her around so she can help me speak cantonese to tell the fish seller what I want. One block of cod fish. Anyway, packed the fish with ice, then had lunch then went home. After that quickly drive to restaurant to put in the fridge.

I’m more familiar with the KL roads now. Now I know where is chow kit. Went there to look for some baking products. “Bake with Yen”. Also can drive from Pavillion to Jalan Ampang using short cut. Now the jockey also helping to be security guard so now got 2 security guard. They also can do flower arrangements. Got one time we ran out of flowers to put in the vase so boss put oranges and lemon. After he went overseas so I try to cut some big leaves from my house garden to decorate. Anyway, so far so good, everything ok. Thursday boss friends came to eat and they said “Very nice dinner, fantastic!”. I still can’t cook, but I know the name of different types of cheese and vegetables e.g. bufalo mozzarela, gorgonzola, endive, italian parsley, sea bass is siakap etc etc. And also have to stock up the bar with beer and liquour. That one can ask the bartender or the cleaner guy to go and buy from nearby shop. And of course the secretary work like a little bit of filing and answering phone calls, and checking the credit card transactions. Not that busy, yesterday sunday only 2 customers. Every sunday got buffet so I help eat all the food. Last sunday I call Laimeng to come and eat, and also YK and her sister/cousin.

Haven’t watched Avengers yet. I go shopping for the restaurant but I also not time buy my own milo, bread etc. Not going to cave anymore, they stopped calling me. Bumped into Ong and Meeling at The Curve. My hair is so long now its almost covering my boobs. Ok ciao….

Oh yah, I get to train for EBC also, try this, carry 6 bottles of 750ml sparkling water, 4 zuchinni, 2 packet asparagus and 6 packet cocktail napkins in a backpack from Pavillion mercato and walk around Bukit Bintang back to the restaurant, good workout, feels like trekking especially since it started raining half way. I don’t want to drive there lah, jam…

Anyway, still working at the restaurant. So far already finally completed the website. These days no more friend friend with PG. Need to be serious and professional. No more jokes no more laughing. Got one day he was very angry that I laugh. Next day say sorry loh. Nothing much to do now, I can do some freelance work in the office or update blog. These past few days been driving to the Hock Choon supermarket with the staff/waiter/PG to buy vegetables etc. Its in Jalan Ampang. Need my car because buying alot of things. Salad, tomatoes, basil, tomato can, butter, beef, tenderloin, lamb shank, prawns, pasta, anchovies, whipping cream etc etc etc.

I’m nice to all the staff. The security guard will help me find parking space, and few days ago the myanmar chefs cooking some rice with curry and kerabu for themselves and the staff to eat. So they invited me to eat also, so get to try some yummy curry chicken. Yummy yummy yummy.

Business seems to be improving, already one week since sending out a mass email newsletter to all this customers. Friday was full, first floor reserved for function. But then confused got another 15 pax birthday party upstairs also, so no choice have to open the rooftop for them. Very difficult if got only one waiter running up and down the stairs to serve customers. Seems like every where I work got stairs. Batu Caves also. Anyway I try to help as waitress, but better not. If customer order drinks from me, they will never get their drinks, or if I say ok you can sit here, let me get you the menu, they won’t get the menu and after awhile they leave. Just helping lah, but PG ask me go home and relax.

So as usual, special effects all fantastic etc etc. Good thing I’m not doing 3d animation anymore because can’t catch up with Hollywood. Anyway, I enjoyed the movie, very exciting with all the monsters and the good actors etc.

John Carter of Mars

Few weeks ago also I came back early and watch John Carter movie. So the first part was donno what’s happening, then suddenly he was in Mars so its a different world with aliens and space ships like star wars style. Of course can see that they use back the Avatar movie technology, because the aliens also very tall. Anyway also enjoyed the movie. Got a new pretty actress there acting as the Princess of Mars, she can fight and invent things etc…

So next movie I’m waiting for is The Avengers.

Shopping spree at Low Yat Plaza yesterday, bought a few stuff for laimeng. I think now I’m quite free, better start sending out website quotations etc to customer. Maybe I’ll go eat Japanese again for lunch. Mom and dad in chiang mai.

Paid deposit to join Kelly for the Everest Base Camp, in october 2012. Some bhapa pass guys also joining like Mr Chan and Ha. I donno whether I can do it, now I can’t go up bukit gasing.

Last week doing work out side the restaurant with PG, with our laptops and all the mosquitoes, updating the website. Already more than one month already updating the website but he still wants to make sure everything complete before he sends out email to all his customers. Anyway, he gave me a big strawberry to eat. Yummy. This strawberry he said is from Australia. Ok, so he ordered more strawberries from the kitchen with whipped cream topped with some shaved almond nuts. Yummy. Got 2 spoons there, for me and PG. Anyway he put it at the table. Then he went off to have meeting with somebody. I started eating. Yummy. Eat eat eat. Hmmm am I suppose to save some for him? Oh everything melting already I better eat some more. Oh, by the time PG came back only left a few strawberries for him “You finished everything ??  Well thanks alot of for thinking about me!” Oh sorry I ate all the strawberries it was all melting so I had to help you eat it. Don’t worry PG is taking care of me. If I come to work at 12pm and if he’s already there he makes me a smoothy…”The smoothy of your life” .. he donno blend what lah… orange ? pineapple, milk etc etc.

Oh, PG says I’m too spoilt, still living with parents. I cannot take it when I get told off. On sunday he suggest to me to do push ups before I come to work. He said he is black belt Judo. So sunday I did some push ups. Do 10 push ups, then rest count to seventy. Then do another 20 push ups. Ok, then I’m suppose to drive to work and start thinking about what I want to achieve. Now my arms still abit pain, long time I didn’t do push ups, so some muscles long time didn’t use. PG is my boss but I keep talking back at him. He says I’m a “pain in the ass” but he likes that. I normally wear jeans and t-shirt to work. If I wear my Supergirl t-shirt, he says nice t-shirt! On Saturday there was the 1am party with the DJ etc. One of the staff there ask me to wear a dress, because they never see me dress up before. So ok I came with make-up and black dress etc. So wow PG says I look fantastic “Check out the secretary”… Ok have some drinks. Feeling sleepy. So only 4.30am when back home. Don’t worry I can still drive. Bartender nearly gave away my handbag do another customer because he didn’t know that’s my handbag.

Ok, so mum is very worried, cannot sleep because I’m working at the restaurant come back so late and no life. No attention for spotty. The cat was missing for 3 days stuck somewhere on somebody’s house roof also I didn’t care. My website work can’t do anymore. Blog no update. Ai yah, that’s what happens everytime when there’s a guy involved.

I’m still going to cave on weekends. Sometimes Saturday, sometimes Sunday. Everything ok at the cave. Got some new staff, they hired new people because anyway I can only do once a week now.

Last week the vegetable guy came to the restaurant to collect money from PG. He was waiting few hours, so I had a chat with him. Right hand he got his fingers chopped off when he was young, so no fingers! Indian guy, wearing white t-shirt and riding motorbike. But he has 100 over staff and owns a few restaurants. Planting vegetable in cameron highlands. Anyway, he told me to look in the mirror at myself for 15 minutes and ask “where do I stand”. I think he looks at me and sees like I’m so nervous and no confidence or something so he giving some advice. If a guy like him with no fingers can do so many things… Ok, so nice chat, but I think he’s not supplying vege to us anymore, the chef have to go out to supermarket outside to buy. But don’t worry, the situation here is improving and more customers coming in.
