Clams and cod fish
Birthday last last week. Trying to reverse the aging process by exercising and eating more fruits. Had lunch with mum and dad at Namaste, indian food in taman tun. Then go to work. So my birthday dinner time was spent driving to wangsa maju carrefour to buy clams. I bought too much clams 8 kg. They only need 3 kg. Boss has gone to Italy, already almost 2 weeks now, he will probably come back this week. Don’t worry he won’t run off and not pay my salary.. I think…
Hock Choon Supermarket
Been going to FRIM for trekking by myself. This morning walk about 2 hours. Go there nearer than going Gasing and safer than going Tabur. Few weeks ago I went Bukit Tabur by myself. I’m still ok, finish in 2 hours. Got alot of new fellas trekking there. Not going much to cave anymore they already have new staff. Now I have more time to exercise. Nowadays when I’m off on Saturdays got nothing to do.
Japanese at Pavillion
Been eating restaurant food and jalan alor food, so yesterday need a change, had some Japanese food at Pavillion. Lunch set with the salmon stuff, and the wheat noodles, miso soup, steam egg etc. Anyway now my brain is working super, very alert. So its the quality of the food. No wonder I’ve been so tired even after sleeping 12 hours. Anyway now I’m eating sweet potato for breakfast and a tomato. I went to tesco to buy some fish for the cat. Came to work at 10.30. Boss ask me to come at 10am yesterday but as usually he doesn’t show up. Yesterday I forgot the office key again so everybody had to wait outside until the other italian waiter comes at 4pm..
Shopping spree at Low Yat Plaza yesterday, bought a few stuff for laimeng. I think now I’m quite free, better start sending out website quotations etc to customer. Maybe I’ll go eat Japanese again for lunch. Mom and dad in chiang mai.
Paid deposit to join Kelly for the Everest Base Camp, in october 2012. Some bhapa pass guys also joining like Mr Chan and Ha. I donno whether I can do it, now I can’t go up bukit gasing.
Joy Happy Gardens
Ok, enough italian food. Last week, or actually last last sunday went to Happy Gardens with Dr Ng. Suppose to help do website for his brother’s restaurant. Here are some photos. Highly recommended by Jamie Soon. Quality stuff. His brother Dennis really study all the food technology etc and come up with his own unique recipe. Also the desert all make sure boil long enough to get all the goodness out etc. You all can go there and eat lah. The place already open for 6 years already, but its in the middle of nowhere, old klang road area. Got people from Taman Tun also drive all the way there to eat.
Strawberry with whipped cream
Things at the restaurant getting more relax now. Last night came home early at 10am. Just need to ambush PG at the toilet and tell him you want to go home. Then he will say, wait another 5 mins he will come up to office. Then after 15 minutes if he don’t come up I can cabut. He will always stop anyone leaving at the door to ask “Tomorrow what time?” to ask tomorrow what time coming to office. Err… 1pm… no 12pm.. okok. Few days ago my client rushing me to do some work, then I was doing my freelance work at the office. PG was chasing me asking me to call somebody. But I said wait I need to do my work. I think he wanted to say something to me but he didn’t say it. He don’t want to make me cry again. Anyway don’t worry we are like very good friends now. Only thing is he don’t like it if I’m too happy or smile too much. I have to be serious, this is business its not a joke, don’t laugh. He said I talk too much.
Hanoi photo session
Just back from Kota Kemuning, Hanoi trip photo session with the Hanoi trip gang Chia, Candy, YK, Mei, Ah Ying. Got one more VV but she’s in shanghai. Anyway, first we had dinner in Little Saigon, vietnamese food, then went to mcdonalds to see some more photos. Ok ok ok. Anyway, I didn’t do my homework, long time didn’t update blog.
Nasi lemak with cheese
Ok long time no update, time goes by so fast. Since coming back from Hanoi and starting work full time at the restaurant, something interesting happening at work almost everyday. Now already working there one and a half months. Things are getting better, know the boss ‘P’ better, also getting to know other staff etc. Normally I start work around 1pm then finish 12am or even 1am. But if P not around I cabut earlier like 9pm. Not much time to do anything else, no time to play with cat, just come home and sleep. But I enjoy working there, there’s high speed internet, and great speaker/sound system so can play youtube music videos. Colleagues/staff all very nice people. Also boss allow secretary to order from kitchen anytime or he will send up some desert. Or dinner, can just walk to Jalan Alor for chap fan, or curry mee, har mee, hokkien mee etc.
Finish trek
Now just back to hotel, and finish shower. Trekking was ok, good weather. First day very hot but clear skys, today trekking back not so hot but more misty. Now looking outside its all foggy outside the hotel. Later on will take train back to Hanoi.
Sapa, Vietnam
In vietnam now, Sapa town, somewhere up north. Last night took an overnight train. THen this morning visit a market, to see the minority people in their colourful costumes etc. Also went near the vietnam/china border. Now somewhere up on the highlands, next day will start trekking, just 2 days trekking. Will be back on the 12th.
